[size=12pt][font=宋体] 第一、儿童安全意识薄弱，交通安全常识缺乏，不了解或不遵守交通安全法规，往往会横穿马路，违反交通信号，闯红灯，甚至逆向行驶。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=宋体] 第二、中国道路交通环境复杂，人车并行情况较多，非常容易发生车撞人的事故。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=宋体] 第三、孩子年龄小，性格活泼，判断道路交通安全的能力也较差。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt] [font=宋体]横过车行道时，必须走斑马线，并服从交通警察指挥。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]行走时，要注意交通标志、标线。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]通过有交通信号控制的人行横道时，必须遵守信号灯。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]绿灯亮时，准许行人通过人行横道。绿灯闪烁时，不允许进入人行横道，但是已经进入人行横道的可以继续通行。红灯亮时，不允许通过人行横道。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]在通过没有交通信号灯控制的人行横道时，必须注意来往车辆，不要追逐、猛跑。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=宋体]没有人行横道的地方，要直行通过，千万不要在车辆临近的时候突然横穿。 [/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=宋体]有人行过街天桥或地下通道的，必须要走过街天桥或地下通道。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]不准穿越、攀爬、倚坐人行道、车行道和铁路道口的护栏、隔离栏。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]不准在道路上爬车、追车、强行拦车或抛物击车。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]不准在道路上玩耍、嬉戏、打闹或进行其它有碍交通安全的活动。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt] [font=宋体]学龄前儿童在街道或公路上行走，必须有成年人带领。[/font][/size][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=宋体]要在人行道内侧行走，没有人行道的紧靠道路右侧行走。机动车在非机动车道靠边停车时，要从右侧车门下车，因为左侧车门打开时，容易将自行车、行人刮倒。[/font][/size]
